Where nature and geometry reconcile divisions!

Geometrical Reconciliation is a spiritual and civic proposal rooted in the symbolic heart of USC—Alumni Park. Emerging from detailed research on the sacred geometries of Islamic architecture, particularly the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the project begins by analyzing and abstracting the layered forms of the 8-pointed star and dome structures. These studies evolve into a spatial vessel for the soul. Through the layered interplay of geometry, light, and nature, the project calls for a spatial reconciliation—one that is inspired by the sacred geometrical traditions of Islamic architecture while responding to the legacy of Alumni Park, a site marked by recent protests and socio-political tension.
